OPs can now have persistent tags (#108)

* new high end piece of software

- refactor all the shit to isEnabled

- gotta keep the messages consistent

- lockup description
- add /nh as an alias for namehistory
- yo /setl actually checks for w/e now cool
- gtfo and unban now are less bugs
- /whitelist is no longer written in tfm43 code and in beta

- enable the bridges
- i worked on a converter for the login messages but then seth already made it work so fuck me i wasted an hour of my life
