a23b182de5 Fix vector gen, always enable BlockMap tests 
The BlockMap tests got much faster, so there's no need to hide them
behind a flag.

* Remove LocatedBlock overhead in LBL map

* Add new space-efficient block map, with thourough testing

* Drop ordering property, add full insertion test

* Re-write chunk batching to be memory efficient
