aumgn a8eeacccd4 Add biome support
Add a BiomeTypes interface
Add methods in ServerInterface to retrieve the implemented BiomeTypes
Add a getBiome method to LocalWorld and subclasses
Add /biomeinfo & /biomelist commands
Add a BiomeTypeMask
