feat: Paperweight support (#1362)

* Initial work towards paperweight

* feat: Port Fawe classes to paperweight

- Hide UnsafeUtilities in javadocs
- Fix typo in Regenerator
- Create fawe tmp directory for fawe regen

* Update adapters

* chore: Update MiniMessage

* Address todos

* Fix leftover Tuinity loggers
